Like many before me, I am a transplanted local. I moved to the Panhandle by way of North Alabama and Nashville,TN. There I worked almost 20 years as a news photographer and a non linear video/film editor.

Since the age of 6 I always had a fascination with still photography. I started with a small Polaroid 110 taking photos of anything that caught my eye. But...that all ended when TG&Y closed in my small Alabama town. After that, obtaining film or having it developed was a two day trip walking barefoot uphill in the snow...both ways. Well....that's what my Dad said.

Now, with memory cards and computers, no more walking. I really enjoy taking photos. It doesn't matter of what but just getting one great shot makes it all worth while.

So here I am....where I always wanted be....Take it from me cause I found if you leave it then somebody else is bound to find that treasure, that moment of pleasure when yours it could have been.

Some people never find it, some only pretend but me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.
